Nancy Olguin is the past President of the Barstow Association of Realtors for 2004 and 2008. She was
also named Realtor of the Year for the Association of Realtors for 2001. Nancy is an agent for Trust Real Estate,
Barstow and was born & raised in the city of Barstow. Her family has over 85 years invested in the community.
She believes in the people of Barstow and is proud of being able to help the community, especially the first time
home buyer. Nothing gives her more pride than to hand the keys of a newly purchased home to its new owner. Nancy
spent 14 years with Home Savings of America developing her customer service attitudes and her willingness to go
the extra mile.
Nancy lives by two mottoes: The first motto is Knowledge is power. She is on the cutting edge of the real
estate market, educating herself in all aspects of the industry so that she can be an effective agent for both
buyer and seller. Her second motto is I sleep good at night. Nancy maintains the highest moral and ethical
standards in the industry. Her sincerity and honesty are the key to her superior customer service.
Nancy has been married for 33 years to her husband Gary and has one son Shane, who is 27 years old and a lovely
Daughter-in-Law named Kaly. Nancy enjoys traveling, RVing and helping out in the community.
